Tobacco, FDA-approved drug?

If the FDA has any ethics whatsoever, he should ban tobacco products directly. And how can the Food and Drug Administration to approve the marketing and sale of deadly carcinogenic products, when, at the same time, it prohibits manufacturers from cherry describing the daily health benefits of berries?

U.S. Food and Drug Administration is responsible for approving the marketing and distribution as food and medicine. Cigarettes clearly not food or food supplements, and tobacco-inhaled its pharmacological effects, which clearly puts the cigarettes in the category of drugs. So, if this bill becomes law, it will force the FDA to declare tobacco drugs.

So if tobacco, drugs, where is the safety tests required for drug approval? FDA attacks, fruits and herbs, the company on a daily basis, threatening them to be closed for the sale of "unapproved drugs", and yet at the present time, FDA is going to be put in the position statements admittedly deadly product that does not have any health benefits while contributing to serious degenerative diseases!

Interestingly, this position is not at all unusual for the FDA. The agency has already granted permission for thousands of toxic chemicals that harm human health FTA - pharmaceuticals. FDA approved drugs that eventually killed more than 100,000 Americans each year. If the FDA's drug portfolio includes tobacco, this number will increase to more than half a million Americans killed each year by FDA approved drugs!

In addition, it would be ridiculous, any claims by the FDA, that it works to "protect the public." As the agency approval of marketing, sales and consumption of the product, no doubt, killed more than 400,000 people a year, FDA would strengthen its position as a trader with poison.
